The briefing session for DDA 2026 will be held during the aanwijdzing on July 3, 2026, and will take place during the workshop at the Proshop Indonesia Showroom.
What is the DAIKIN Designer Awards?
DAIKIN Designer Awards (DDA) is a form of recognition and a platform for Architects and Interior Designers to showcase their best works.
How many competition are there in the DAIKIN Designer Awards?
At DDA 2026, there are 3 event categories: Finish Project, Conceptual Architecture, Conceptual Interior Design.
What is the difference between the Finish Project and Conceptual categories?
The Finish Project category is an award for Architects and Interior Designers whose projects have used DAIKIN Home Central AC and have been completed. The Conceptual category is an interior design competition with two sub-categories: Residential and Food and Beverages, based on criteria provided by the judges.
Who is eligible to participate in the DAIKIN Designer Award 2026?
Finish Project: All Interior Designers / Architects who have used DAIKIN Home Central AC with VRV HS/S / Multi NX / VRV products in their projects, and installed by DAIKIN Proshop.
Conceptual Architecture & Interior Design – Professional: Professional Architects and Interior Designers from all ASEAN countries.
Conceptual Architecture & Interior Design – Student: Architecture and Interior Design students from all ASEAN countries.
How long is the presentation time given to participants during the DAIKIN Designer Award 2026?
Participants are allowed to present their design concept within 10 minutes.
What languages can be used during the presentation at the DAIKIN Designer Award 2026?
Participants may use either Bahasa Indonesia or English on the presentation board and during the design concept presentation in front of the judges.
